FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Riverside LLC of Homosassa Florida is issuing this notice to the public to advise of an ongoing international sweepstakes lottery scam which has been reported to the FBI and local law enforcement.

Fraudulent Winner Claim Notification letters are being sent by way of regular USPS mail with an enclosed counterfeit check from Riverside LLC, a victim of identity theft.

Riverside LLC advises they are not affiliated with this sweepstakes in any way. They, like thousands of other small businesses, are a victim too. Riverside LLC does not now, nor have they ever conducted a sweepstakes or lottery.

Riverside LLC urges the public not to try to cash or deposit a check from Riverside LLC in connection with any sweepstakes or lottery. The check is a computer generated check created by the fraudulent international sweepstake company and the signature is stolen in an identity theft. The check is a counterfeit, and even if initially honored by your bank, will be returned to your bank as fraudulent by SunTrust Bank of Homosassa Springs. This may result in many additional fees to you.

A copy of an actual Sweepstakes lottery winner claim notification letter that is being used in this ongoing scam is posted at: www.scamalert1.homestead.com.
